Sales Consultants Permanent Remote/Home-office - Germany Salary: €flexible fixed + variable. Our customer, a top 20 warehouse automation business is looking to grow their sales department headcount by 40% in order to capture more market share from their competitors. The sales consultants are responsible for the full lifecycle sales process of obtaining new warehouse projects from end users within a variety of industries including e-commerce, fashion, wholesale, automotive, food & beverage, consumer goods and pharmaceutical markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting new customers and projects within the DACH region, whilst identifying new projects within existing customers. What will you need to be considered?
- Ideally degree educated within an engineering discipline.
- A background of working within a sales team, where you have sold capital projects in the field or in-house.
- A good knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
- A good knowledge of material flow, specifically conveyors, stacker cranes, shuttles, sorters, robotics and more.
- A confident communicator who can communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
