We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing MedTech company specializing in dental ceramic implants. This client is at the forefront of developing, manufacturing, and distributing high-performance zirconia dental implants and is a recognized leader in the dental industry. With their cutting-edge work in biological dentistry, they are actively expanding their team and are seeking to hire a dedicated professional for the northern region of Germany. Position: Sales Manager Location: Northern Germany Employment Type: Full-Time Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for acquiring new system users (dentists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons).
- Present and demonstrate innovative products to potential customers and provide training for new users.
- Offer expert consultation and build relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and explore opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Assist and support new customers during their first surgeries (upon request).
- Participate in events at the company’s training center and support external marketing activities (roadshows, trade shows, conferences, etc.).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Contribute to the development of new products based on user feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
- Provide ongoing support to customers and prospective clients.
- Completed qualification in (dental) medicine, dental technology, or a related business field.
- Relevant experience in the dental industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently with persuasive abilities.
- Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
- Team player with a high level of performance dedication.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Valid Class B driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel and occasionally work weekends to support clients at congresses and training events.
