ABSC is seeking a Senior-Level Engineer with a TS/SCI for the Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC) program in Aberdeen, MD. In this role, you will provide research and technology protection (RTP) support to the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Headquarters (HQ) and its Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) and activities. Foreign Governments and companies that both use and sell military systems will go to great lengths to acquire the advanced technologies that dominate future warfare. - Apply expertise and analytical techniques and processes to support the development of major DoD weapon systems.
- Support the development of program deliverables by providing detailed research, analysis, and production of program protection and other security products.
- Conduct detailed technical state-of-the-world research and engineering research.
- Conduct systems, risk and vulnerability analysis.
- Analyze and apply the required research and technology protection (RTP) techniques, and integrate those processes and procedures across the many intelligence and security domains.
- Develop policies and best practices to effectively support the Program Protection Planning process.
- Evaluate and identify critical information and provide recommendation of appropriate countermeasures to protect CPI to program management for their consideration.
- Draft and staff appropriate program security documentation for Program and Project Management that ensures CPI is identified and protected during the life cycle of the technology or project.
- Minimum of 7 years of Engineering experience.
- Will achieve certification while on the job (training provided).
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an Engineering (any discipline).
- Ability to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations.
- Independent self-starter, proactive and professional assertive.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask.
