We are currently working with an International and well renowned Architectural Practice who are actively seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their expanding design team in Canary Wharf, London. The successful Architectural Technologist will be working on a wide range of large scale Commercial & Residential projects. Our client of a full range of professional services such as Architecture, Planning, Interiors and Urban Design. - Opportunity to work on exciting large scale mixed-use, commercial and retails schemes
- Preparation of detailed scale drawings and specifications
- Produce drawings for tender and construction
- Produce Technical details
- Coordinate between MEP and Structural Consultants
- 3 Years+ experience with an Architectural Technologist role
- Excellent knowledge of Revit
- Good knowledge and ability of creating construction and working drawings using Revit
- Live within a commutable distance of Canary Wharf
- Good knowledge of building regulations and standard
- Strong technical ability
- Commercial experience advantageous
- Competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 DOE increased salary for more senior candidates)
