Help shape the future of children in our care As our highly valued Director with our C&K Kelvin Grove team, you’ll nurture an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive. You will bring energy and creativity to lead a team of passionate people to deliver a quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years in our play-based learning environment. You’ll play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre to encourage and nurture children’s learning and development while building great relationships with our families and the wider community. This is a rare opportunity to join this well-established team covering maternity leave from February 2025 to September 2025. To set you up for success you will be supported with a handover period with the current Director to ensure a smooth transition for you, the centre and families. What you’ll bring To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
