Our client is global and remote-first, with offices in London and South Africa. The Role The team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in mobile gaming to drive insights and strategies that empower gaming studios to grow and succeed. In this hands-on role, you will leverage the company’s platform to analyze performance data, refine user acquisition (UA) strategies, and provide actionable recommendations directly impacting clients' success. You will collaborate closely with leadership and product teams, contributing to a shared vision of growth and innovation Day to day:

• Forecasting and Budgeting : Work with clients to construct multi-year forecasts focused on user acquisition, retention, and monetization, translating pipeline plans into product performance metrics.
• UA Optimization : Advise clients on optimizing UA spend using the platform’s bid and spend recommendations and develop playbooks to enhance UA strategies.
• Client-Facing Work : Engage directly with C-level executives, educating and training them on UA best practices and effective use of the platform.
• Mastery of Proprietary Tools : Develop expertise in the company’s platform to perform in-depth analyses and provide actionable insights while enhancing the user experience.
• Collaboration with Product Team and Leadership : Partner with the product team and leadership to share feedback and insights for continuous improvement of offerings.
• Transactional Services : Work within a team conducting commercial due diligence for major gaming investments and acquisitions by Tier 1 Venture Capital and Private Equity firms.

• Bachelor’s Degree : Degree in an analytical or quantitative field.
• Analytical Proficiency : Strong quantitative and data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with statistical tools or programming languages (e.g., R, Matlab, Python).
• Experience : Minimum 4 years managing or analyzing performance marketing campaigns in mobile gaming, with experience at a studio, publishing, or technology/DSP platform.
• Data Mastery : Ability to process and extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Presentation Expertise : Proven ability to create compelling presentations that simplify complex analyses for C-level stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented : A meticulous and organized approach to tasks.
• Executive Communication : Confidence in interacting with C-level executives and addressing business-related matters.
• Consultancy Toolkit : Experience in developing business cases, feasibility studies, and market sizing/forecasting.
• App Ecosystem Knowledge : Familiarity with mobile gaming economics and the user acquisition journey from campaign setup to player retention.
• Proactive Nature : Self-driven and motivated to identify challenges and opportunities independently.
