- Facilitate senior and youth competitions administration requirements including team nomination and fixturing.
- Facilitate player registrations in the region.
- Administer and maintain Rules and Regulations, including the administration of the initial disciplinary process, liaising with the Competition Administrator on required issues.
- Provide support for the implementation of all relevant digital systems including PlayFootball and Squadi.
- Oversee teams for Community State Championships.
- Engage with Local Government Authorities.
- Engage with local media and manage relevant social media accounts.
- Liaise with NNSWF Northern Inland Club Development Officer.
- Assist in the delivery of key events such as finals and tournaments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific focus on presenting to a variety of stakeholders.
- The ability to understand club cultures and the challenges facing regional club volunteers and amateur referees.
- Ability to be flexible in adapting to new digital systems.
- Ability to self-motivate when working remotely.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- A strong attention to detail and a passion for football.
- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check.
