- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on shopper and trade marketing for retail and licensed channels.
- Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with client brand teams, ensuring their needs are met with innovative solutions.
- Team Coordination: Work seamlessly with internal creative and strategic teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Problem Solving: Approach challenges with creativity and strategic thinking to deliver results that impress and inspire.
- Proven experience in managing shopper marketing campaigns or working with trade and client brand teams within an agency setting or brand side.
- A solid understanding of omni-channel retail marketing and licensed channel activations.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, both internally and with clients.
