Our client is a multi-faceted global Travel Management Company (TMC). They are looking for a highly skilled Director of Account Management to lead a team and take strategic ownership of their customer base. You will be responsible for driving revenue, attaining SLA’s and KPI’s and supporting growth across the business. You will have previous TMC experience, be relationship driven and sales focussed. Previous team leadership experience is essential, along with strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent diplomacy and always a passion for the customer. This role is hybrid London based and will require some international travel. Excellent £££
