About the Role Located in Melbourne, this role provides vital support to the State Director and plays a key part in fostering a strong internal service culture within the team. The role is responsible for delivering a responsive and proactive service approach that aligns with both the operational and strategic needs of the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and promoting a positive service delivery culture
• Supporting change management initiatives throughout the Team to ensure the organisation continues to grow and evolve
• Engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve timely and effective outcomes
• Providing support, development, and mentorship to direct reports to enhance performance and skill growth
• Ensuring the ongoing development of team members to support a high-performing, motivated, and capable team

This position is ideal for an experienced commercial valuer seeking to step into a leadership role. About you We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed commercial valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and/or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified valuer
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
