About the Role Located in Melbourne, this role provides vital support to the State Director and plays a key part in fostering a strong internal service culture within the team. The role is responsible for delivering a responsive and proactive service approach that aligns with both the operational and strategic needs of the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and promoting a positive service delivery culture
- Supporting change management initiatives throughout the Team to ensure the organisation continues to grow and evolve
- Engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve timely and effective outcomes
- Providing support, development, and mentorship to direct reports to enhance performance and skill growth
- Ensuring the ongoing development of team members to support a high-performing, motivated, and capable team
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and/or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified valuer
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
