APS6 ICT Sourcing Specialist, Various Locations About the role The ICT Service Delivery function delivers ICT procurement, contract management, Software Asset Management, and vendor relationship management services. The team delivers critical support services to ensure the branch and Division effectively manage the procurement of ICT goods and services, monitor contract renewals in collaboration with contract managers, and monitor vendor performance under relevant ICT sourcing contracts. The ICT Sourcing Specialist role works in partnership with the agency Procurement team to deliver ICT procurements from the transactional to strategic level. The role provides specialist procurement and contract support for a range of important ICT Services to ACIC and our policing partners, many of which have underlying support and maintenance contracts. This role supports Senior ICT Engineers in managing their ICT contracts by tracking renewals, licence consumption, and facilitating new procurements in conjunction with the agency's procurement team.
