National Account/Business Development Manager – FMCG Private Label – Peterborough £45,000 - £55,000 Do you know private label? Do you know grocery retail? Do you know how to take a product from an idea to sitting proudly on a supermarket shelf? An FMCG business that’s been growing fast need someone who can take ownership of their national accounts and help keep that momentum going, spotting new opportunities for growth. Could it be you? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Managing relationships with the UK’s biggest grocery retailers.
• Getting stuck into the whole process—from concept through to launch. No chucking it over the fence here.
• Working with internal teams like NPD, supply chain, and marketing to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Spotting opportunities for growth and finding ways to grab them.
• Using data and insights to keep things moving in the right direction.

• Grocery private label sales experience with an FMCG or Food product. This isn’t a stepping-stone role—it’s for someone who already knows the game.
• A knack for managing complex accounts and keeping big-name retailers happy.
• An eye for opportunities and the determination to turn them into results.
• This isn’t a box-ticking, middle-of-the-road kind of job. You’ll be right in the thick of it, making things happen.
