- Join an established business, with a strong pipeline of projects in 2025 Our client is a leading Precast Manufacturer based in Western Sydney. Established since 1982, with branches in VIC, QLD and NSW, they enjoy a well-earned reputation for quality and project delivery. Due to further growth, they are looking for a Production Manager to join their team and lead their NSW operations. You'll oversee production activities, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and profitability, while guiding a high-performance team to meet key goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production and scheduling for on-time delivery of quality precast products.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Foster a motivated team, providing training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with WHS and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on production, inventory, and resource management.
- 5-10 years of experience in production management (precast concrete industry preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Preferred but not essential - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven track record in managing production teams and achieving operational goals.
