Having Good experience in Manufacturing Setup , 1- Process Engineering, Process improvement and process Development and Implementation 2-Adiministration and Multiple Plant Management. 3-Result oriented, decisive leader Experience in Plant Operations, Engineering, Quality/Excellence, driving profitable growth with highest quality & safety standards 4-Exposure of setting up Greenfield Plants, & restructuring plants , Lay out planning. 5-Responsible for deployment of business plans for top & bottom line, manufacturing strategy product mix, Budget Preparations ,operating profitability & achieving financial targets. 6-Overall responsibility managing cost through inventory, material & conversion cost reduction initiatives through design/process and sourcing improvements to get direct benefits to bottom line. supervising factory production, engineering activities for Project Pumps, plant utilization & effective deliveries through capacity planning, de-bottlenecking & OEE improvement, wage negotiations, and union management. 7-Development of new organization structure, defining key positions, establishing learning and skill building center. Technology up gradation & Customer centric approach implementation through transformation of organizational culture, structure, systems and processes. Education - Industrial Engineering Experience - 16 to 22 years CTC - 75 Lac +
