Business Development Associate - Upsurge

Role Summary: Upsurge.club is a stock market learning platform. Making stock market learning accessible for everyone. Upsurge.club is a platform for those who are improving their options trading, technical analysis, and stock market investing skills. This would require you to be excited about the business and work with all stakeholders to drive excellence. The role involves reaching out to potential learners through various communication channels (calls, messages, emails), understanding their needs, and recommending suitable learning programs. It also includes addressing learner queries, collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learning experiences, and maintaining a record of key data points. Expected Responsibilities

• Reach out to and follow up with potential learners through different communication channels (call, message, email).
• Understand learners’ needs and recommend the most suitable learning programs.
• Provide appropriate resolutions after understanding learners' queries.
• Work with other teams to ensure learners have a smooth onboarding and learning experience.
• Maintain a record of key data points, report daily progress to the manager, and highlight key problem areas.
• Engaging with learners to understand their learning goals and recommending the most appropriate programs to meet their needs.
• Provide clear, informative responses to learner inquiries and effectively convert leads into committed learners.

Expected Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Fluent in English communication, confident, articulate, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market, including trading instruments and styles (NISM VII & NISM XV certifications are a plus).
• Team player with a positive attitude and calm personality.
• Strong sense of ownership with humility and eagerness to learn and grow.

• Demonstrated a lot of ownership and proven track record of delivering results, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
