As our Executive Assistant, you will:
- Streamline Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain organizational efficiency in a lean environment by supporting the Founder.
- Coordinate Critical Tasks: Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication across all core team members.
- Facilitate Growth: Support expansions, onboarding, and day-to-day business decisions through effective administrative management without the complexity of a traditional board.
- Develop and implement organizational systems and procedures to streamline operations.
- Continuously assess and improve administrative processes for optimal efficiency.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events for the executive team and core staff.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are prepared.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring clear and effective information flow.
- Handle correspondence, respond to inquiries, and manage communication channels to support team collaboration.
- Manage paperwork, maintain records, and ensure compliance with administrative procedures and company policies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, facilitating smooth interdepartmental operations.
- Founder: Align on strategic moves, organizational changes, and operational improvements, ensuring everything is documented and compliant.
- Legal Counsel: Coordinate administrative tasks related to corporate formation and compliance.
- Financial Counsel: Support budgeting, financial reporting, and managing financial documentation.
- Operations Manager: Ensure administrative tasks align with operational goals and support efficient workflow.

- No Salary: Until the startup achieves profitability or secures funding.
