Job Responsibilities: Administer and configure infrastructure systems, applications, and network devices. Ensure automatic backups, manage recovery/disaster plans, and monitor system resources. Liaise with vendors to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA). Draft and update technical documentation (administration & user guides). Provide technical support to local and overseas users over LAN/WAN while maintaining security. Source products, solutions, and vendors for required projects. Provide L1/L2 support and participate in projects as a team lead or member.
