About the Company Our Client is a global distributor of industrial and electronic components serving customers in automation, manufacturing and maintenance. Responsibilities We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Head of Supply Chain & Operations to oversee regional supply chain, align regional business strategies, and lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the APAC region. Lead development and implementation of operations and distribution strategies across the APAC region; Manage regional supply chain networks; Spearhead initiatives to continuously improve efficiency and productivity in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations; Oversee management of inventory, ensuring maximum inventory turnover and cost efficiency; Establish and maintain a resilient logistics network that ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of products across diverse markets; Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory and customs requirements; Lead and oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives across all operations in the region; Manage facilities, including offices and warehouses, aligning with operational needs; Lead and advocate for a robust customer-focused culture, incorporating it into supply chain solutions; Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional strategies. Requirements Experience in end-to-end warehouse operations and supply chain management; Experience leading strategic and operational initiatives; Experience managing regional teams; Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma; Strong management skills, with the ability to interact with people from various levels; Positive personality, with a customer-centric attitude; Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with a can-do attitude.
