We are recruiting for a leading real estate group with diversified real estate asset classes and their AUM stands at about circa. USD100b. With presence in more than 20 countries, they are operating at a global level with exciting plans for their next strategic growth. You will play an instrumental role in shaping and executing the company's strategic direction while leading the research team. This role requires an analytical thinker with extensive experience in driving growth, innovation, and long-term business success, supported by in-depth market research. You will be working very closely with the senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic priorities and provide data-driven insights: Identify, plan, and oversee key strategic initiatives and partnerships to drive growth, innovation, and competitive positioning in line with the company's global real assets manager transformation. Work closely with senior leadership and country leaders to set strategic priorities and ensure alignment across all departments and functions. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement the global strategic plan, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination. Manage the internal approval process for new projects, including business case development, risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment. Present strategic recommendations and updates to the Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors and front the Board Strategy and Sustainability Committee. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges that may impact the company's strategic direction. Create sustainable positive impact and enhance our thought leadership capabilities. Drive informed investment decisions and market insights within the real estate private equity and alternative assets business. Conduct and present research and analysis on various private equity funds and capital markets, alternative asset classes, investment strategies, emerging technologies, industry development and market trends. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and investment teams to support decision-making processes, formulating asset and fund strategic plans, and disposition strategies. Enhance research tools and processes to analyze global and regional macroeconomic and real estate industry trends to formulate market house views and develop investment strategies for both new and traditional asset classes worldwide. Partner with relevant funds, investment or capital raising teams to provide research insights and inputs as part of investment presentations and pitch materials for fundraising efforts. Prepare and create a series of research topical papers for external publication. Cultivate and build relationships with stakeholders to leverage market intelligence and stay connected to industry advancements. Requirements At least 15 years of experience in strategy development and execution, real estate research, market analysis, or related roles within the private equity, alternative assets, or real estate investment industry. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. A master's degree or CFA designation is preferred. Strong analytical and solutioning skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans. Proven track record of driving business growth, developing innovative initiatives, and delivering sustainable results. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Adaptable to a fast-paced business environment with strong business acumen and financial literacy, with relevant experience in conducting market feasibility studies and financial analysis. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office, financial modeling software, and databases. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
