Job details
Assis the Business Data Office Client and Investor Data Team in fulfilling it mandate of ingesting and maintain static data for clients investors and investments at MUFG.
- Acknowledge and complete requests for data updates from stakeholders (Client Integration & Operations)
- Assist accounting and investor operations team in maintaining client investor and investment data
- Assist with regular data clean up bulk ingestion or data migration.
- Validate data update requests and communicate missing or invalid info back to requesting user.
- Extract and/or Collect data from various structured and unstructured formats (csv PDF email) and ingest into appropriate system.
- Collaborate with Data Integrity & Operation to resolve data incidents and assist with data remediation efforts.
- Adhere to standard operating procedure when updating MUFG system
- Update Operating Procedures and maintain JIRA/ServiceDesk/Confluence up to date
- Assist in standardizing and simplifying processes for creating and maintaining client and investor data.
- Participate in multiple initiatives with Technology Product and other stakeholders to digitize and automate the ingestion and maintenance of client and investor data.
- Ensure internal checklists are completed and signed off.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
- Bachelor Degree in Technical or Analytical fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial services or accounting industry.
- Experience in back office OR Business Processing practice
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail problemsolving and process improvement skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in Data Office
- Experience with accounting systems (Geneva Yardi Investran)
- Data Querying skills (e.g. SQL)
