Job Role: Lead Generation Specialist Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Flexible Working Hours) Salary range: $1200 - 1800 AUD Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: The client is a creative studio focused on transforming urban environments with large-scale murals and street art. Their artist-led approach combines brand storytelling with vibrant visual experiences, creating impactful public art. The studio fosters collaborations across industries, enhancing cityscapes and engaging communities. Role Overview: The primary responsibility is to identify and connect with potential leads across various industries via email and LinkedIn, offering our services and unique value proposition. The goal is to schedule meetings or introductions for our Directors, who will then convert these leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & CRM Management
    1. Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation efforts.
    2. Manage and maintain the ActiveCampaign CRM to track engagement and manage customer relationships.
    3. Conduct detailed market research to identify and target new prospects.
    4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of lead generation strategies.
    5. Contact at least 100 leads per month across Australia and the UK.
  2. Sales Opportunities Development
    1. Work with Directors to identify and develop creative collaboration opportunities.
    2. Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to shape effective sales tactics.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Lead Generation, preferably in creative industries.
  • Proficiency with Active Campaign and CRM Management.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management capability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Fluent in English).
  • Able to communicate effectively with the team on both Slack and video calls.
  • Ability to structure emails efficiently with excellent grammar & spelling.
  • Strong networking skills using LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack.
  • Comfortable with Chat GPT but not reliant on it to communicate. The candidate must have the ability to understand and communicate in our tone of voice.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation and sales strategies.
Desirable qualities/skills:
  • A passion for street art / public art.
  • Sales experience - showing an ability they could grow into a sales role.
