Non-negotiable Qualifications and Experience Required:

1. Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. 5-10 years of experience in piping and mechanical work planning or supervision.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping layouts, and construction processes.

Location Requirement:

Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial Requirements:

1. Proficient in project management tools and software, with excellent organizational skills.
2. Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation, for piping and mechanical work.
2. Supervise on-site teams to ensure work complies with quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
3. Perform material take-offs and ensure timely procurement of piping and mechanical components.
4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve any on-site challenges.
5. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to provide updates and implement project improvements.
