As we continue to grow the business, we are looking for a range of highly talented and passionate individuals to fill out our expanding team: Job Description: Conceptualise across a broad spectrum of media, including digital, film, social, and activation Manage projects from start to finish, including briefing, concept development, concept selling, production and post-production Supervise and help mentor younger team members to develop their craft Engage regularly with clients for presentations, as well as production management at all stages Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure production quality Collaborate with other team members on concept development, execution and production Requirements: A portfolio of work that displays an outstanding level of craft in art direction, as well as conceptual excellence, across a wide variety of media Minimum 7 years’ work experience within agencies An ability to lead a team, to offer guidance, inspiration, and mentorship Self-discipline and effective time management skills, in order to handle multiple projects at any given time Confidence in articulating your ideas to both internal stakeholders as well as senior clients An ability to foster effective collaboration amongst the wider team A positive attitude and effective communication skills, in order to engage productively with other team members, clients, agency partners, and suppliers Software: High-level proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign required; Proficiency in editing software (Final Cut Pro, After Effects etc) preferred, but not essential; Competency with web design applications ideal, but not essential WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Contractual benefits include: 23 days holiday (additional to public holidays) Private medical insurance including dental and wellness benefits from day one of employment Non-contractual benefits include: Christmas to New Year's Day off in addition to your leave allowance Birthday leave Subsidised mobile phone bill Free office snacks & drinks pantry Early finish and pizza every last Thursday of the month Annual parties, and multiple team events throughout the year Curious sessions and other information-sharing sessions Please provide both a current CV and sample work portfolio (online or PDF) with your application.
