Our client, a well-known L6 Sub-contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a Manager (Electrical) . Responsibilities: Execute the project with customer satisfaction under the PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) cycle. Develop project construction schemes: quality, safety, environment. Develop master schedule, ISO Quality Plan, OSHA Safety Plan, identify risks with a tackle plan, create a budget plan, and understand project contract conditions and requirements. Develop trust relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Organize site work schedule with customers through staff management & control of suppliers & subcontractors. Manage master construction schedule and quality, reduce costs from the original budget, and meet authorities' code of practices and client in-house requirements. Implement approved installation methods. Adopt new or creative/enhanced efficient installation methods to reduce costs. Develop efficient communication according to site organization. Improve relationships with customers compared to the beginning of the project. Enhance negotiation skills with customers. Negotiate with customers on variations. Negotiate variations with suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on safety requirements. Educate and inform all site staff about the project construction scheme. Identify staff weaknesses and improve them on a daily basis. Provide continuous training on the job or seminars to improve management skills in all aspects of construction activities. Guide and train junior staff. Develop smooth communication environments with customers. Establish daily communication processes among site staff. React proactively to any issues at the site and solve them. Motivate site staff and encourage them to tackle issues at the site. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of ISO 9000 / OSHAS 18000. Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course. Meticulous and responsible. Excellent communication skills.
