  • Communicate with customers through various channels to address inquiries and issues.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys products to answer customer questions accurately.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer support.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience with data verification.
  • Quick problem-solving abilities.
