Responsibilities: End-to-end accountability for all IT Operations for e-Mobility portfolio supporting all products & services that enable operations for e-Mobility charging points & sites. Responsible for interfacing with the IT Manager and Mobility function, accountable for the operating plan, budget, and operational lifecycle of services and products. Manage supplier performance and contracts, manage incidents to closure, review changes, and drive problem management. Review landscapes and products for enhancement and continuous improvement opportunities. Responsible for information risk management and IT Controls compliance, as well as conformance to Health and Safety policies and legal and regulatory requirements. Identify systemic issues in IT Landscapes, driving structural improvements while balancing costs with business value; optimizing landscape Total Cost of Ownership. Regularly interface with leaders at GM level, and periodically at VP level and above. Ensure Operational Readiness for new demand, changes, and projects impacting the portfolio – including analyzing and understanding business functional and non-functional requirements – and provide sign off, with Agreement to Deploy and Agreement to Operate as key milestones. Ensure effective Major Incident (MI) management and swift service restoration for Business Critical landscapes. Responsible for bottom-up budgeting of IT services, mapping top-down figures to existing services, monitoring spend against budget, seeking adherence to the budget as planned, and assisting in developing the latest estimates per quarter. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure prompt payment of invoices. Manage contracts including developing the contract, technical evaluation, contract performance evaluation, and renewal/closure of contracts. Ensure adequate business controls are in place across the processes used in support of the site service delivery including controlling contract expenditure. Requirements: Years of Experience: 10+ years of corporate IT experience. Minimum Education or Certification: Master Degree related to IT or equivalent. Proven experience in IT Service Management, with at least 5 years’ experience in IT operations. Experience in the electric mobility, retail, or transportation sector is an advantage. Adept in leading large natural teams including multiple third parties. Excellent oral and written presentation skills. A continuous improvement mindset to drive operations of the future. Proven customer focus and empathy. Ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with senior business stakeholders. Resilience, courage, and the willingness to challenge and manage business expectations. Knowledge on EV and e-Mobility will be an added advantage.
