Who are we looking for? We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Manager who understands and is deeply knowledgeable in social media in the Web3 and cloud infrastructure space . You understand the nuances of crypto culture, stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, and have a talent for turning complex concepts into engaging, shareable content. Whether it’s a perfectly timed meme, a viral Twitter thread, or an insightful LinkedIn post, you know how to spark conversations that resonate with developers, builders, and the broader tech community . We’re looking for someone who’s not only a master of memes but also a sharp strategist who can jump into real-time discussions, drive engagement through thoughtful replies, and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers . Building and nurturing these partnerships will be a central part of your role, helping NodeShift grow its voice across key platforms and communities . This is your chance to own and execute strategies that amplify NodeShift’s presence in a rapidly evolving market . You'll work closely with our team to produce high-impact content, leveraging your creative storytelling skills, data-driven insights, and ability to spot emerging trends in Web3 and cloud infrastructure discussions . Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute social media strategies that amplify NodeShift’s brand presence across Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok , and more. Content Creation & Management: Write engaging posts, threads, and updates while maintaining a consistent content calendar to ensure alignment across all platforms. Community Engagement: Be the go-to voice of NodeShift in replies, comments, and DMs, creating meaningful conversations and fostering strong connections with our audience. Campaign Development: Plan and run Web3-focused campaigns, including community initiatives, referral programs, airdrops, user incentives, and co-branded partnerships with key players in the ecosystem. Trend Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and viral moments to ensure NodeShift remains relevant and proactive in its communication. Partnerships & Influencer Relations: Build and nurture relationships with crypto influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media outlets, and community leaders to expand NodeShift's reach. Affiliate & KOL Programs: Design and execute collaborative programs with influencers and affiliates , driving measurable user growth and increased engagement. Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing monthly reports with actionable insights to refine and optimize ongoing campaigns. KPI Management: Set clear performance goals for campaigns and ensure they deliver measurable results through data-driven strategies . Qualifications: A crypto-native individual deeply immersed in Web3 culture and familiar with cloud and decentralized infrastructure trends. Proven experience in social media management, campaign execution, and community building , ideally in a tech or Web3-focused environment. Exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft content that resonates with developers, tech enthusiasts, and the broader Web3 audience . Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms to track and measure performance effectively. Confidence in engaging with influencers, KOLs, and external partners to foster long-term relationships.
