Responsibilities: Support the program team to ensure that program activities will be implemented on time, within scope, and within budget, achieving the related performance objectives. Undertake and prioritize the day-to-day tasks for the smooth operations of the program, managing all internal delivery, community partners, and third-party providers (contractors) service delivery, where necessary. Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of the program in the community and provide logistics and marketing support to encourage outreach and uptake leading to a successful rollout of various workshops and supporting events. Ensure compliance with standards and processes to preserve patient privacy, confidentiality, and the security of health information. Requirements: A team player who is resourceful, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
