Job details
Operational Management Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop. Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs if necessary. Customer Service Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or issues promptly. Ensure all staff members deliver a high level of customer service. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about menu items. Staff Supervision Train, supervise, and schedule coffee shop staff. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
