Logix BPO is looking to hire skilled Customer Service Agents with exceptional voice support experience. Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Voice Agents with a background in Customer Service to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to tourists in Iceland. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment. You will be working in an office-based setup and will be handling customer inquiries, providing information about tourist attractions, and processing payments through a cloud-based POS system. Extensive training on our FreshDesk CRM, Calling System, and POS System will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from tourists, providing excellent customer service and assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately.
- Provide detailed information about tourist attractions, events, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
- Process payments securely and efficiently using the cloud-based POS system.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tourism information, including attractions, events, and local services.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages, especially Icelandic, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably FreshDesk or similar platforms.
- Experience using calling systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously.
- Knowledge of POS systems and payment processing is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Availability to work in an office-based setup and follow the assigned shift schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
