Responsibilities: Sales To analyse current sales position and plan forecast with management Outline and drive seasonal activations and strategies to achieve sales targets set Communicate necessary sales targets and strategies to team to drive sales Along with forecast, to plan budgets and expenditure i.e. manpower, welfare, marketing activities Studio Management and Operations To ensure studio operates effectively daily To plan, communicate and develop personnel in the roles required for effective operations To build systems and develop a positive work culture, aligned with management, within the studio environment. To ensure the studio space is upkept daily. Team Management and Training To put together and develop a team that is aligned with the brand goals and values. To conduct informal and formal reviews with the team to ensure gaps are filled, knowledge is shared and goals are aligned. To provide necessary mentorship and guidance to the team To propose, plan, budget training for the team to develop creative and technical abilities. Brand Marketing To identify and propose marketing activation that strengthens the brand and enhances the sales position. To work alongside the brand team in brainstorming, planning and executing activations. Business Development To know the business and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the brand, to effectively develop it further. To plan and activate sales strategies for brand growth and corporate account acquisition.
