Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office The COO Office supports our COO to streamline operations and align them with strategic goals. You will work with the COO, Heads of Departments, and stakeholders across GIC to achieve operational excellence. What impact can you make in this role? We contribute to GIC’s success by ensuring operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and risk management. The COO office collaborates with stakeholders across GIC to foster continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, and performance evaluation. What will you do as a VP, Strategic Projects? Partner with COO and business heads to drive strategic change agenda and execute large-scale projects Lead and facilitate the design and implementation of approved strategic projects, working closely with stakeholders across the enterprise Resolve business issues and roadblocks arising from execution, operational, risk and compliance considerations, ensuring optimal coordination and cross-functional alignment Maintain a One-GIC perspective and deliver results that are beneficial for both individual businesses and the firm as a whole What makes you a successful candidate? Minimum 8-10 years of relevant program management or corporate strategy experience. Experience working in consulting or in an investment/technology-focused organization a plus Excellent communication abilities and ability to influence key stakeholders ranging from C-level executives, Heads of Departments, and subject matter experts Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills Demonstrated project leadership and execution skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High sense of accountability, urgency, and desire to learn, who would thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Work at the Point of Impact We need to be forward-looking to attract the right people to help us become the Leading Global Long-term Investor.
