Quantity Surveyor Skills: You are a driven Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years post - graduate experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland is desirable. Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- A 3rd level qualification in a related field.
- 5+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor preferably Irish or UK.
- Experience of residential building / commercial projects
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details
