Quantity Surveyor Skills: You are a driven Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years post - graduate experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland is desirable. Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

• A 3rd level qualification in a related field.
• 5+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor preferably Irish or UK.
• Experience of residential building / commercial projects
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
• Reporting on budgets and variations
• To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
• Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
• Reporting on budgets and variations
• Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details

  The Package : An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €65,000 + a strong package including, up to 30 days annual leave, pension, life insurance and health cover.
