The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The responsibilities of the Chief Financial Director include:

1. Stock Management: Overseeing the management of company stocks to ensure optimal efficiency.
2. Internal Controls: Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
3. Cashflow Management: Managing cash flow to ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Commerce degree
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager
3. A good knowledge of internal controls around a factory
