Key Responsibilities: Advertising Strategy Development: Design and implement effective advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Plan and manage campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and performance monitoring of advertising campaigns. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors’ advertising strategies. Use insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. Track expenditures and report on campaign performance against budgets. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to align advertising efforts with business goals. Manage external agencies and vendors for specialized advertising needs. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools. Provide regular reports to management, including recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in advertising management, preferably in the wholesale or trading industry. Skills: Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in advertising tools and analytics platforms. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
