EUC IT Engineer
Job details
Responsibilities Setup, installation, and deployment of computers. Cloning/Imaging of laptops/desktops. Email and phone communication with customers. Station at customer's office for IT support if required (reporting will be at customer location). Performing IT support (Ticketing System, Remote Support, Onsite Support). Active Directory user account management. Provide administrative support in checklists/reports. Perform computer hardware parts upgrades/replacements. Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned. Skills and Qualifications Understands basic Windows OS commands and has adequate knowledge about the Windows OS environment, and software such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory system, SCCM, and MDT system. Experience in ServiceNow ticketing system is preferable. At least an IT Diploma. #J-18808-Ljbffr
