Job Description & Responsibilities: Processing guest check-ins and room assignments following hotel’s rate structures, discounts, sell/upsell strategies, and accommodate special requests whenever possible. Providing assistance when required for luggage, safety box, additional guest room keys, transportation, etc. Collecting payment in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and accounting policies and procedures. Answering enquiries about hotel services, in-house events, directions, attractions, etc. Pre-registering, blocking reservations and, as appropriate, taking same day and future reservations while following policies and procedures for room cancellations. Performing night audits during midnight shift and preparing necessary reports. Handling any loyalty membership “Bonvoy” related enquiries, including adequate management of “Preferred”, “Gold”, and “Platinum” members. Being on time and at work when scheduled, in proper grooming and uniform. Remaining professional with a positive attitude when communicating with guests and associates. Any other duties/tasks as requested by management. Other Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field. Required language(s): English, preferably one other spoken language. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field. Required skills: Opera, Marriott, Hotel, Diligent, trustworthy, articulate. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
