Our client is looking for an Office Administration Manager to set up the Singapore office. Client Details Our client is a well-funded and well-established non-profit organisation, well-known in the academic world. As they expand globally and establish a presence in Asia, they are looking for an Office Manager to support the set-up, communication, and day-to-day operations alongside the Director of Asia. Description Your key responsibilities include: Maintaining budget and keeping track of the yearly budgeting Establishing working relationships with contractors, vendors, and other partners Managing simple PO and bank account opening tasks Providing a conducive environment and operating facilities for day-to-day operations Working closely with the VP of the programme based in Singapore as well as in the U.S. Managing some travel and expense claims Assisting in events and projects in an administrative capacity Profile The successful candidate must have: 8 years of administration and office management experience The ability to work independently Experience in being part of a pioneer team and office set-up Job Offer You will enjoy a WFH policy when applicable.
