Key Responsibilities: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to find new business opportunities. Generate leads and prospects through networking, cold calling, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Create and present tailored business proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions. Collaborate with Senior Management and Operations Architects to align IT strategies with business goals. Provide innovative security solutions to clients, including remote monitoring, AI video analytics, and sensor fusion. Stay updated on new technologies like IoT and plan their adoption for a competitive edge. Work with the Operations Team on hardware technologies and compliance requirements. Perform other tasks as needed by management. Requirements: Experience in Business Development within the security industry. Diploma or relevant studies in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of the security industry and market trends.
