Mira Search , a leading HR agency in Dubai, is collaborating with the largest manufacturer of hardware cryptocurrency wallets to find a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) . The primary task for this role is to build an effective commercial department capable of achieving revenue generation goals. The company is not just producing hardware wallets but developing a groundbreaking product that will elevate the industry by making such devices even safer, more manageable, and user-friendly. Responsibilities: Build the commercial department from scratch, including sales, marketing, and product development teams. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the product. Formulate and implement strategies for scaling into new markets. Achieve set KPIs related to revenue, profitability, and marketing/sales expenses. Plan, defend, and execute budgets for the commercial department. Monitor and control key financial indicators of the department, calculate P&L and unit economics. Improve the efficiency of the department over time based on established plans. Requirements: Experience leading a commercial team in blockchain products or as a Commercial Director in device manufacturing companies with a strong understanding of the blockchain industry. Proven track record of building commercial departments generating at least $1 million in monthly revenue. Experience scaling businesses into European, US, and Asian markets. Successful experience creating both B2B and B2C sales channels in international markets, as well as implementing successful marketing strategies. Demonstrable success in building distributor networks and organising sales in international markets. Experience in forming strong, efficient teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Fluency in Russian and English is a must.
