Senior HR Executive (Shipping)

Responsibilities: Organizational Structure and Job Descriptions Review and redesign organizational hierarchy, considering interdepartmental relationships and internal workflows Analyze and update job descriptions for office staff to ensure alignment between procedures and actual practice. Policy Development and Implementation: Propose, develop, and implement comprehensive office policies, including (but not limited to): Work from Home Policy Loan Policies Travel Allowance Phone Benefits / Usage Policies Performance Management: Develop metrics to evaluate staff performance Create and implement a performance-to-rewards system to identify and recognize high-performing staff Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present reports on HR metrics to senior management, including: Turnover rates Employee satisfaction levels Compliance issues Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the maritime or shipping industry Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations Experience in managing remote teams and implementing remote work policies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Suite) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion #J-18808-Ljbffr
