Job Responsibilities: Support & Maintenance for Servers - Assist with daily monitoring of system health. Support & Maintenance for End Users - Provide support for laptop and desktop issues, as well as end-user concerns related to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (O365), and antivirus software. Update relevant documentation for IT asset tracking, software and license management, and user manuals and guides. IT Projects - Participate in various end-user projects, including hardware refreshes, software updates and improvements, replacement initiatives, and new implementation projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering)3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience , with hands-on expertise in the following areas: Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems Cloud technologies (e.g., Office 365, Azure, AWS), virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and networking (e.g., Cisco, Aruba) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
