Regional Sales Manager - Aviation - MRO

Job Description: Promote the company’s services across the Asia Pacific region and assist in developing marketing strategies to achieve set sales targets. Prepare quotes, proposals, agreements, and manage customer negotiations for approval, finalizing terms and conditions. Support the Marketing Manager/Director in preparing the annual sales and marketing budget. Achieve sales targets and departmental objectives, including Corporate Incentive Plans (CIP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) goals. Implement preventive programs within the team, ensuring members stay informed and actively contribute to HSE initiatives and improvement efforts. Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from the Global Sales Teams and customers outside the Asia Pacific region. Manage business partner relationships, ensuring compliance with trade requirements and processes. Perform any other assigned duties. Job Requirements: At least 3 years of regional marketing experience in the aviation industry, ideally with experience in repair and overhaul services. A strong understanding of the regional business environment is essential. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation field. A formal qualification in marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory. Extensive travel is required.
