Electrical Supervisor
Job details
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and workers to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Plan, install, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to meet operational needs. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become critical. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical guidance and training to junior electrical technicians and staff as needed. Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, and maintenance procedures. Collaborate with other departments and management to plan and execute electrical-related projects and upgrades. Be available to work night shifts, as well as alternate days off, to support operational requirements and meet project deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
