DIRECTOR

Establish clear, effective, and well-organised investment processes that are focused on ethical standards and appropriate internal controls; Formulate investment recommendations based on own research and analysis, as well as from recommendations of the Company's investment analysts; Perform regular administration duties of all investment files; Attend annual meetings, quarterly financial statements, and keep current with important valuation or policy changes; Manage and uphold relationships with financial institutions and business associates; Analyse and determine the appropriate investment strategies for the Company; Develop and manage the Company's investment team to handle investment-related work; Provide expert knowledge of all investment and financial activities of the Company and manage project portfolios; Develop, evaluate, and review deal-flow and project pipeline against investment strategy, risk budget, and other investment criteria on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal and timely investment performance; Review and develop recommendations for appropriate benchmarks for asset allocation; Perform and deliver financial, commercial, risk, tax, and legal due diligence on projects and recommend appropriate courses of action. #J-18808-Ljbffr
