Industry: Hospitality Industry Location: East Working Hours: 5 Days work week (Mon to Fri) Basic Up to $2900 (Depending on experience) Job Responsibilities: Provide training, technical guidance and technical support to users. Deployment of PC with relevant Windows OS. Liaise with vendors and end users on application bugs. Support web applications: Membership system, Bungalow Booking System, Golf Booking System, Golf Tournament. Support club management system: POS system, Facilities Booking, Events Registration and Bowling system. Support remote office in terms of IT support, e.g., KSGC. Participate in IT audit. Assist Senior Executive (IT) on project implementation and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma in IT or equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity. Good verbal and written communication skills; bilingual. Positive and proactive attitude and service-oriented. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Highly motivated and must work well in a team environment. Good knowledge of desktop management and support. Additional Information: 5-day work week (Mon to Fri).
