Position Summary: The role is to manage the eStore Affiliate Marketing program for the SEAO region. The scope includes formulating strategies and optimizing media investments to drive sales via a structured & centralized model. Role and Responsibilities Work as a Performance Marketing Specialist within the Samsung Online Business group focused on planning, execution, and optimization of Affiliate campaigns. Govern operations by working closely with key stakeholders in local markets, agency partners, and RHQ/HQ teams. Ensure proper & smooth functioning of the operations with project management, supervision, and cross-team collaboration. Optimize performance of campaigns across the Affiliate channel, monitoring performance metrics across all markets in SEAO and across product categories. Manage affiliate investments made with partners to ensure that campaign goals are achieved. Develop analytics dashboards to track, monitor, and report on campaign performance and ROIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize to ensure execution excellence against owned and paid media channels. Develop relevant guidance materials and conduct training for stakeholders where necessary. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of work experience in affiliate programs is a must; experience in marketing in the hospitality or airlines industry and/or a large eCommerce company would be ideal. Must showcase deep analytical thinking in deriving key actionable insights through extensive research of primary data sets. Ability to work efficiently and effectively with different remote teams in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
