Discuss and understand customers' detailed technical requirements, assess specific questions, and adapt the necessary training delivery approach. Understand the customer industry, industry competition, and market conditions by interacting with customers. Actively understand customer needs and respond quickly. Perform duties well, support team decisions, and achieve common goals. Attend lessons and tests conducted by suppliers. Job Requirements: Graduated with a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field is mandatory. At least 1 year's experience in technical customer support or technical training. Driven by helping others, customer-focused, and a problem solver. Candidate must be able to converse in Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate with our HQ Taiwan Chinese-speaking colleagues. Intermediate knowledge of popular OS like Windows 7/10/11, Linux (Ubuntu).
