Join one of the largest financial services companies as AVP, Prime Brokerage Operations. Your new role Responsible for the end-to-end process of Trade Life Cycle and Corporate Actions across all asset classes. Day-to-day supervision of processing activities, including issue resolution and escalation. Partnering with the Head of Department to design and implement an effective team strategy. Identify process deficiencies and facilitate system enhancement and process improvement. Support and manage Prime Brokerage and Department projects and initiatives. Documentation of business requirements and functional specifications. What you'll need to succeed Required to work early shifts and roster Public Holidays. 10 years in Brokerage or Investment Banking Operations. 7 or more years in mid-management capacity. Good product and market knowledge across different asset classes; Equities and Securities is highly advantageous. Prior experience in system roll-out is preferred.
