Responsibilities Lead & Oversee: Manage a team of Production Technicians for smooth, safe operations. Support Process Engineering: Assist in optimizing operations and driving cost-efficiency. Troubleshoot & Resolve: Quickly address plant and equipment issues with effective solutions. Maintain Equipment Integrity: Ensure plant equipment is reliable and performs optimally. Optimize Operations: Ensure consistent product quality and stable performance during shifts. Train & Develop: Mentor team members to grow their skills and enhance performance. Skills and Qualifications Qualifications: Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Working Shift: Willing to perform 12 hours shift Technical Skills: Knowledge in process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
